Job summary

Priority1 is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and lead a new logistics-tech segment in the Plano area. You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance sales team, close contracts with new and existing clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic territory development.

The ideal candidate has proven outside sales success in logistics, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with the ability to partner with the Home Office to refine processes and forecast sales

Qualifications

• At least one year of outside sales in the logistics industry.
• Experience selling logistics services to new and existing clients.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance sales team.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff.
• Provide organization and leadership to the Sales Channels.
• Close contracts with new clients or existing clientele.
• Meet and exceed goals for new business.
• Develop leads within assigned sales territory.
• Meet with potential clients to determine profitability.
• Enter information into the CRM to keep records up to date.
• Participate in sales meetings and forecasts to provide updates.
