Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics.
Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve regional sales objectives.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent for a high-performing team.
