Distribution International, a TopBuild subsidiary, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team across your district and drive profitability. You will coach field representatives, forecast sales, and align efforts with the company's vision.

This safety-sensitive position requires travel 2–3 nights per week, a business degree, and a proven track record in sales leadership. DI offers medical, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Five years of sales experience; two years in leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight 2-3 nights per week.
• Occasional bending, stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop sales representatives in assigned region.
• Forecast and set annual sales quotas for district and territories.
• Monitor sales activities to maximize profitability.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with operating divisions to enable sales success.
• Analyze market trends and report to management.
• Manage sales, profit and operating expenses for the territory.
• Prepare clear sales reports for management.
