Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Five years of sales experience; two years of experience managing or supervising others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales representatives across the district to maximize profitability and growth.
• Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for district and territories.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a connected, high-performing sales organization.
