Job summary

Distribution International, a TopBuild subsidiary, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the performance of its sales team across the assigned territory. You will lead, coach, and align sales activities with the company vision and goals.

This safety-sensitive position requires a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of sales experience with supervisory responsibility, and willingness to travel 2–3 nights per week. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of sales experience; 2+ years in supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM.
• Willing to travel overnight 2–3 nights per week.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional sales representatives to meet territory goals.
• Forecast and set district sales quotas.
• Collaborate across departments to drive profitability and growth.
• Maintain customer relationships and report market trends.
• Manage sales and operating expenses for the territory.
• Prepare and review sales reports for management.
