Wagner is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop the South territory (MO, TN, KY, MS, AL, WV) through industrial distribution and OEM channels. You will train distributors, expand product offerings, and drive growth in a fast-paced, field-based role.

The position requires 5+ years in industrial coatings or equipment sales, a BS in Business or related field, and willingness to travel 50%+. Based in Nashville, TN or Huntsville, AL preferred; remote work from a home office is supported with

Qualifications

• BS in Business or related field with 5+ years in industrial coatings or equipment sales.
• Reside in MO, TN, KY, MS, AL, or WV; Nashville or Huntsville preferred.
• Experience with distribution and direct sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop the South territory (MO, TN, KY, MS, AL, WV) industrial distribution channel.
• Support sales efforts of distributors and identify additional distribution opportunities.
• Grow Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network in the northeast region via OEM outlets.
• Train distributors and end-users as a technical resource.
• Meet pre-determined sales quotas and distribution growth requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineered System (ENSY) prospects and sales manager.
