Wagner Spray Tech is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop the South territory (MO, TN, KY, MS, AL, WV) within its Industrial Solutions division. You will support distributors, expand the product offering at OEM outlets, and establish yourself as a technical resource for end-users and distributors.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Ideal candidates reside in the territory (Nashville, TN or Huntsville, AL preferred) with 5+ years in industrial coatings sales and

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in business or related field with 5+ years in industrial coatings sales.
• Residence within listed territory; Nashville, TN or Huntsville, AL preferred.
• Experience with distribution channels and demonstration of industrial equipment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the South territory industrial distribution channel and support distributor sales.
• Identify additional distribution opportunities as needed and train distributors and end-users.
• Establish yourself as a technical resource and train distributors and end-users.
• Meet pre-determined sales quotas and distribution growth targets.
• Collaborate with Engineered System (ENSY) sales manager to promote Wagner Engineered Systems products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
