Wagner is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop the South territory (MO, TN, KY, MS, AL, WV) for industrial distribution channels. The role focuses on expanding the distributor network and promoting Wagner Engineered Systems in a fast-growing North American market.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Business and 5+ years in industrial coatings or equipment sales, reside in the territory, and travel 50%+ with a home-office setup.

Formación

• B.S. Degree in Business or related field and 5+ years in industrial coatings or equipment sales.
• Strong knowledge of industrial coatings applications and sales processes.
• Ability to train distributors and end-users and develop channel partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow the Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network in the northeast region.
• Establish yourself as a technical resource and train distributors and end-users.
• Maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to meet sales quotas.
• Meet sales targets and distribution growth requirements as planned.
• Identify ENSY prospects and collaborate with the ENSY sales manager to promote Wagner Engineered Systems products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
