Job summary

Motion is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team in the assigned territory. You will plan, organize, and direct activities to achieve regional growth and profitability while providing objectives, training, and guidance to the sales representatives.

You will analyze market conditions, prepare forecasts, and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service levels. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in industrial sales with at least 3 years of management

Responsibilities
