Wagner is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the South territory (MO, TN, KY, MS, AL, WV) for Industrial Solutions. You will expand the distributor network, train end-users, and promote engineered systems products, acting as a technical resource for distributors and customers.

The role requires a BS in Business or related field and 5+ years in industrial coatings or equipment sales. Residence in Nashville, TN or Birmingham, AL is preferred with 50%+ travel.

Formación

• BS degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial coatings, equipment sales, or equivalent.
• Reside in MO, TN, KY, MS, AL, WV or Nashville/Birmingham area.
• Willingness to travel 50%+
• Experience with distributors and OEM channels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network in the south region.
• Train distributors and end-users as a technical resource.
• Meet sales quotas and drive distribution growth.
• Collaborate with ENSY sales to promote engineered systems products.
• Manage customer touchpoints across the territory.
