Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial coatings sales, a BS in Business, and proven ability to train distributors and end-users. Expect commission potential and full-time remote work with travel across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. Degree in Business or related field experience with 5+ years in industrial coatings application or equipment sales.
• Experience with distribution channels and industrial equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow the Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network in the northeast via OEM outlets.
• Be a technical resource; train distributors and end-users.
• Meet sales quotas and distribution growth targets.
• Identify ENSY prospects and collaborate with the ENSY sales manager to promote products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
