Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Atlanta, GA to drive profitable sales growth across an assigned U.S. territory through new business development, distributor engagement, and strategic account management.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with distributors, OEMs, EPC firms, and industrial end users while delivering technically sound customer support. The position includes a salary range of $100K–$120K annually DOE with commissions, and requires frequent travel to

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of direct and/or distributor sales experience.
Experience with distributors, OEMs, EPC firms, or industrial end users.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 50% to 75% and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with revenue, growth and profitability objectives.
Identify and close new business opportunities within targeted industrial markets.
Maintain CRM records, account forecasts, territory plans, and activity reports.
Provide product training and technical discussions to distributors and end users.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
