Service Metal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Territorial Account Managers across Mississippi to West Coast regions, with a base at our Maryland Heights HQ or hybrid/remote in Texas. The role drives revenue growth, mentors the sales team, and partners with Operations to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales, 3+ years of managerial experience, and familiarity with industrial sectors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading sales teams.
• Experience with distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with proven ability to drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Territorial Account Managers to meet sales targets and growth goals.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouses, and Sales Representatives to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distribution partners, and industry contacts.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new Territorial Account Managers.
• Ensure adherence to pricing, policies, and promotional initiatives.
