AmbaFlex in Canton, OH seeks a highly motivated, customer-focused sales leader to join the regional sales team. You will manage a medium-size sales operation, drive performance, and foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in sales forecasting. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor level education is required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading a medium-size sales organization (20–40 FTE) in industrial goods.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to partner with regional management and drive consultative selling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Prepare, manage and deliver regional sales budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotions and initiatives.
• Monitor regional market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Report sales metrics accurately and maintain CRM data.
• Drive organizational change from transactional to consultative selling.
