Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10–15+ years in industrial or B2B sales.
• Proven regional or multi-territory sales leadership with accountability.
• Experience with pipeline management and disciplined sales execution.
• Proficient in Rubber Tree CRM and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Lead, coach, and hold the regional sales team accountable for performance.
• Manage CRM usage, forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management.
• Develop and execute account plans for high-potential customers and key accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Business Unit, Customer Experience, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Forecast and report performance; support budgeting and territory planning.
• Penetrate new and existing accounts to expand wallet share.
