Job summary

American Hydro, based in York, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow opportunities and hit order intake targets across the regional territory. You will implement Key Account Management strategies to understand customer organizations, influencers, and decision makers.

Responsibilities include developing bid strategies, managing CRM and forecasts, and leading the contract process from bid stage through finalization, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop key account management strategies for regional customers.
• Manage order intake and profitability within the region.
• CRM management, reporting and forecast development.
• Lead development of winning bid strategies and proposals.
• Negotiate final contracts with customers and release contracts.
• Coordinate liaison with suppliers, EPC firms, consultants, and government agencies.
• Identify and communicate customers' key drivers to the organization.
• Serve as principal customer contract owner from bid stage through contract finalization.
