Venture Home Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based team across Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Based in the Wilmington, DE hub, you will align appointments, coach Energy Consultants, and drive end-to-end deals from contract to install.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside/field sales within home improvement (solar, HVAC, roofing, windows).
• 2+ years leading a field sales team with quota attainment.
• Proficiency in residential solar financing options (lease, PPA, loan, cash).
• Ability to obtain Maryland MHIC and DC Home Improvement Salesperson licenses.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a field sales team with company-provided appointments across DE, MD, and DC.
• Sell directly during ramp-up and coach Energy Consultants in the field.
• Own regional forecasts and hit monthly/quarterly targets for kW sold, deals closed, and revenue.
• Ensure appointments are confirmed, executed, and followed up the same day.
• Drive product attachment rates for battery storage and electrification products.
