Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Outside Sales, to lead a field-based team across Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Based from a Wilmington, DE hub, you will generate new business, coach consultants, and drive revenue from contract through install.

You will personally participate in appointments during ramp-up, own regional forecasts, and ensure high close rates while complying with all regulations. A dynamic, results-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside/field sales within home improvement or solar industries.
• Proven leadership of a field sales team with quota attainment.
• Experience managing CRM data, pipeline, and reporting.
• Knowledge of residential solar financing options (lease, loan, PPA, cash).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing field sales team with company-provided appointments.
• Sell directly during ramp-up and coach Energy Consultants in the field.
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth contract-to-install execution.
• Develop market strategies and drive regional revenue growth.
