Medical Device Recruiters Inc. is sourcing an Area Sales Manager for a leading orthopedic medical device client in the United States. The role combines strategic territory development with active field engagement to drive growth across foot and ankle, trauma, and extremities markets.

The position leads and develops a regional sales team, targets revenue growth, and strengthens surgeon relationships. An excellent leadership opportunity with significant growth potential and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Experience in sales leadership or team development preferred.
• Foot and ankle, trauma, extremities, or implants experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Uncapped commission potential included in compensation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, recruit, and develop a regional sales team.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and territory expansion.
• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgery centers.
• Partner with field representatives, including OR coverage and key account development.
• Drive product adoption through clinical education and sales execution.
• Develop regional business plans, monitor performance, and deliver results.
