Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Foot & Ankle to drive regional commercial execution and distributor partnerships. The remote role reports to the Area VP, with a focus on sales funnel integrity, training, and territory growth across the Foot and Ankle unit.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in medical device sales, proven leadership, and expertise in OR-based selling, surgeon engagement, and distributor models, with willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience; leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OR-based selling, surgeon engagement, and distributor-based sales models.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop regional sales reps and distributor partners.
• Manage funnel, forecasting, and territory development.
• Oversee inventory and consignment strategies for regional products and instruments.
• Plan and execute surgeon engagement events and training programs.
