Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle to lead commercial execution and distributor partnerships within a defined geographic region. You will drive sales performance, coordinate training, and shape a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

The role reports to the Area Vice President, Sales - Foot & Ankle, and requires travel up to 75%. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in medical device sales are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience with leadership or mentorship preferred.
• Strong understanding of OR-based selling and surgeon engagement.
• Proven ability to coach and influence both direct reps and distributor partners.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Sales Representatives within the region.
• Collaborate with Distributor Partners to align on commercial priorities and territory execution.
• Manage the sales funnel, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate regional training strategies and surgeon engagement events.
• Identify opportunities for new account contracts and local partnerships.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
