Biocomposites is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Foot and Ankle to lead field efforts in the US, focusing on the F&A territory, distributor recruitment, and hospital accounts, with collaboration from Region Directors and Product Specialists.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma/medical device sales, 3+ years in distributor management, and a bachelor’s degree; travel within the territory is expected, with a strong emphasis on compliance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical/medical device sales and marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of F&A distribution recruitment and management experience.
• A college degree is required; marketing, business administration, or healthcare fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate a strategic F&A territory business plan.
• Act as the key contact for Product Specialists, Regional Directors and BDMs for F&A in the territory.
• Hire, train, and support independent F&A distributors for Stimulan & NanoBone.
• Develop account plans for key accounts and distributors to generate strategic relationships.
• Deliver presentations and CE seminars to physicians and hospital personnel.
