Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle to lead commercial execution across a defined region. You will partner with Sales Representatives and Distributor Partners to ensure effective funnel management and local growth strategies.

The role requires travel up to 75% and a proven ability to coach field teams, drive product adoption, and build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital partners. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in medical device sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years medical device sales experience; leadership or mentorship preferred.
• Strong OR-based selling and distributor-based sales model experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive disciplined funnel management with opportunity tracking and forecasting.
• Coach and develop Sales Representatives and distributor partners.
• Coordinate surgeon engagement events and training programs.
• Identify opportunities for account contracting and local partnerships.
