Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Foot & Ankle to lead commercial execution across a defined region. The role reports to the Area Vice President, Sales - Foot & Ankle, and is remote with substantial travel.

You will partner with Sales Representatives and Distributor Partners to optimize funnel management and drive local growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical device sales, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coach teams, manage accounts, and coordinate surgeon

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop regional sales reps and distributor partners.
• Drive funnel management, pipeline health and forecasting.
• Coordinate surgeon engagement events and education programs.
• Lead regional training strategies and field coaching.
• Collaborate with Marketing, MedEd, Operations and CS teams.
