Teradyne Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Customer Solutions Engineering Site Lead to manage a small onsite team delivering and supporting System Level Test solutions for customers.

You will be the main engineering interface to customers, driving technical execution, readiness, and deployment. The role requires 10+ years in semiconductor capital equipment with 3+ years in leadership, strong communication, and travel ~10% to global sites.

Formación

• BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in semiconductor capital equipment with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication across customer, technical, and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite multidisciplinary engineering team with pri orities and accountability.
• Coordinate testing and delivery of customer software releases and production readiness.
• Maintain onsite lab systems, test equipment, configurations and infrastructure.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for test program issues.
• Define and verify customer device requirements; lead change-kit designs.
• Serve as primary onsite engineering contact across Product, Platform, Apps, PM, Support, and Manufacturing.
