Swanson Flo East is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow a Wisconsin-based territory by selling process instrumentation and flow-control solutions to industrial and municipal accounts. You will build rapport, present solutions, and manage quotes, deliveries, and service with a focus on long-term relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, strong technical aptitude, and proficiency with Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of assemblies, power units, and controls.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel/Office 365; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by retaining customers and developing new business in industrial and municipal accounts.
• Research local markets, identify targets, and monitor industry trends.
• Initiate sales calls, deliver presentations, and quote products/services.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, and troubleshooting with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records of accounts, contracts, and activities.
