Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand distribution across all channels in Utah.

In this field-based leadership role, you will train and lead your internal team to achieve maximum impact, identify and deploy effective business solutions, and optimize performance across your territory. You will manage key regional customer relationships, communicate item authorizations and category reviews, and design in-store promotions aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DSD/Sales management experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail or Grocery.
• Proven ability to coach and develop field teams to achieve regional goals.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to travel as required for field-based market activities and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed goals by day-to-day coaching and sales development.
• Manage key regional customer relationships, including communication of new item authorizations and category reviews.
• Design and communicate expectations for in-store promotional activities aligned with brand standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver against KPIs for the region.
• Partner with Area Sales Managers to share regional updates and develop actionable strategies.
