Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based team across the Seattle region, driving sales growth, distribution, and execution across all channels. You will coach and develop the team, manage key customer relationships, and implement region-specific strategies aligned with company KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in DSD/sales management within CPG/food & beverage, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DSD/sales management experience in CPG, F&B, retail, or grocery.
• Proven ability to coach and develop field sales teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to exceed regional goals through coaching and training.
• Manage regional customer relationships and drive performance tracking and data utilization.
• Design and communicate in-store promotional expectations aligning with brand strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver against regional KPIs for the territory.
• Partner with Area Sales Managers to share updates and develop execution strategies.
