Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and distribution across all channels in your region. You will train and lead an internal team, identify growth opportunities, and implement systems to track performance in a field leadership role.

You will manage key regional customer relationships, coordinate with Area Sales Managers, and ensure alignment with brand standards and KPIs. Travel and lifting up to 50 pounds are required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DSD/sales management experience in CPG, food & beverage, retail, and/or grocery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and sales-tracking software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as required.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals with day-to-day coaching and training.
• Manage regional customer relationships and implement new item authorizations.
• Design and communicate in-store promotional expectations aligned with brand standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and track regional KPIs.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to develop actionable strategies.
• Customize region-specific strategies aligned with KPIs and goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for cohesive execution.
• Ensure rollout of national and regional authorizations across the network.
