Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales growth and distribution across all channels in the Chicago region. You will train, develop, and lead a field-based team to achieve regional goals, deploying solutions and tracking performance against targets.

You will manage key regional customer relationships, implement region-specific strategies, and align cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution. Travel and a 50-pound lifting requirement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DSD/Sales management experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Grocery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license for the posted state and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and field-based market blitzes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed goals through coaching and training.
• Manage regional customer relationships, communications on item authorizations, category reviews, and performance tracking.
• Design and communicate expectations for in-store promotions aligned with brand standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver against KPIs for the region.
