Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field-based team across a defined region, driving sales growth and distribution across all channels. You will train and develop your internal team, execute regional strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to maximize performance.

The role requires 5+ years in DSD or sales management within consumer goods, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DSD/Sales management experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail or Grocery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed goals via coaching and training.
• Manage key regional customer relationships and communicate new item authorizations and category reviews.
• Design and communicate expectations for in-store promotions aligned with brand standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver against KPIs for the territory.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to share regional updates and develop strategies.
