Job summary

CECO Environmental, a global leader in sustainable industrial solutions, is seeking an outside sales professional for Kemco Systems. You will drive growth, expand market share, and manage key accounts across the assigned region.

The role requires traveling up to 50%, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with engineering, applications, and marketing to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business (or related).
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions.
• Ability to lead others in the relevant area.
• Familiarity with heating, water and wastewater treatment and industrial equipment markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand Kemco System’s products and present the full catalog.
• Seek out potential customers, follow up on leads and qualify them.
• Engage, train and develop the sales and marketing team for growth.
• Survey plants for data and layouts to prepare proposals.
• Present proposals to customers and follow up on status.
• Close the sale and collect down payment and signed contracts.
• Provide final design and utility details on order confirmation.
• Maintain ongoing contact with all accounts.
• Prioritize quality sales facetime with customers and peers.
• Submit weekly travel plans, detailed reports and annual forecasts.
