The Kemco Systems division seeks an outside sales professional to grow bookings, develop pricing strategies, and manage key accounts within a defined region.

Travel up to 50% is required to pursue new capital customers and maintain existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business (or related)
• Experience in negotiating terms and conditions
• Demonstrated ability to lead others
• Familiarity with heating, water and wastewater treatment, industrial capital equipment markets, and industrial services
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products and CRM
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%

Responsibilities

• Study and understand the products and features of Kemco System’s products.
• Seek out potential customers, follow up on leads and qualify customers for Kemco Systems products.
• Engage, train, and develop the sales and marketing team to drive growth.
• Survey plants for data, layouts, and information to prepare contracts/proposals.
• Present proposals to customers and follow up on status.
• Close the sale and collect down payments and signed contracts.
• Provide final design and utility details on order confirmation.
• Maintain ongoing contact with all accounts.
• Prioritize quality sales facetime with customers and peers.
• Submit weekly travel plans and reports with annual sales forecast.
