Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to support our integrated box business in Cleveland, TN. This remote role has a regional focus, with relocation support to the Chattanooga/Cleveland, TN area as needed.

Compensation includes base salary plus semi-annual variable pay and a company vehicle. The role reports to the General Manager and drives commercial strategy, growth, and customer value, while leading a sales team and coordinating with service and operations to maximize

Experience in sales within the corrugated packaging industry.
Ability to travel throughout the region as necessary to support our current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop our commercial sales team focusing on recruitment, retention, and ongoing development.
Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships between sales, customer service, and operations by collaborating with other commercial business units.
Drive continued growth in revenue and profit margins by seeking out innovation and strategic opportunities.
Develop and implement market-driven sales strategies and pricing aligned with a market-focused vision.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Create value through customer success by implementing our world‑class sales training process.
Ensure a robust sales pipeline tailored to regional needs.
Maintain compliance and safety in accordance with governmental regulations and company standards.
Effectively utilize Microsoft 365 applications and CRM Microsoft Dynamics.
