Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in sales and delivery of electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• ≥5 years in sales/marketing management; outside sales preferred.
• PC proficient with spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional Financial Account sales and meet revenue goals.
• Lead geographically dispersed, remote sales teams with accountability.
• Develop and monitor divisional plans for products and marketing programs.
• Manage budgets and forecast sales, expenses, and staffing needs.
• Build strong customer relations and align with home office strategy.
• Support professional services and strategic partnerships with customers.
