Resourceful Talent Group is sourcing a Sales Area Manager to drive growth across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean with a focus on CO2, biogas, industrial compressors, and PET packaging applications. You will develop new business, nurture client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle.

The role requires a technically minded sales professional with an established network and proven B2B success. Travel up to 50% and a engineering background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth across CO2, biogas, industrial compressors, and PET packaging.
• Identify prospective clients and lead opportunities from contact to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, engineering firms, distributors and partners.
• Grow existing accounts and collaborate with engineering/service teams on solutions.
• Shape market strategy, track trends, forecast sales, and represent the company at events.
