Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Sales & BD Manager Biogas & CO2 to drive growth across the USA from Golden Valley, MN. You will build a strong pipeline, manage strategic accounts, and partner with developers and EPCs to position Pentair SPS in RNG and Bio-CO2 markets.

The role requires extensive travel (40–60%) and a background in engineering or related fields, with leadership in commercial growth and negotiations. Remote work available when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• MBA or technical master’s degree preferred.
• Strong track record in technical sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales, order intake, and pipeline targets for SPS biogas and CO2 solutions in the USA.
• Develop and execute the SPS commercial growth strategy.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
• Develop strategic relationships with RNG developers, EPC contractors, utilities, consultants, and investors.
• Create and execute strategic account plans for key target customers.
• Promote SPS Bio-CO2 and related growth platforms to increase customer value and Pentair content.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support project handovers to execution teams.
• Represent Pentair at industry conferences, trade associations, and customer events.
• Monitor market trends, incentives, regulations, and competitive developments.
