Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Regional Sales Manager primarily in New York, NY, with a remote role supporting a broad regional strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with all levels including executive leadership.
• Experience leading sales teams and coaching branch managers and representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor branch level leadership and sellers to drive climate control sales across regions.
• Develop and execute a 12-month strategic sales calendar with training and market focus.
• Create and promote uniform customer experience and cross-sell across branches.
• Track top projects and customers; manage regional financial performance and revenue growth.
