Job summary

Bellevue Builders Supply is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team and drive revenue and profitability for the location. You will execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with marketing and vendors to promote products while coaching the team to meet performance targets.

The role requires 10+ years in sales within construction/building materials, a Bachelor's in Finance/Business/Marketing, and MBA is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of prior sales experience in construction/building materials.
• Proven track record of successful sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals for assigned locations.
• Execute established sales strategies and build customer relationships within a defined geographic area.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, profit margins, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Partner with marketing and vendors to coordinate sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Introduce and promote new and locally manufactured products to the sales team and customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets or customer segments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and resolve customer issues or claims.
• Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and KPI to guide decision-making and improvement.
