• Guide negotiations to close deals.
• Develop traffic strategies to increase foot traffic.
• Collect market data to refine sales strategies.
• Strengthen Realtor/Broker outreach.
• Collaborate across departments to meet objectives.
• Lead or support in recruiting and training.
• Provide coaching based on performance metrics.
• Maintain high customer service standards under KB Edge.
