Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to grow the account portfolio and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You will lead territory planning, generate leads, and deliver technical solutions through multiple channels.

Build strong customer relationships, analyze sales metrics, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast and optimize orders. Relocation not offered; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and guide product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
