Pursuit is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive net new business across California, Oregon, and Washington, with national reach on the table. You will leverage deep industry knowledge, pursue enterprise accounts, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Compensation features a strong six-figure base plus uncapped commissions with $200K+ OTE in Year 1 and $275K–$400K after Year 1. Expect up to 50% travel, a remote-ready setup, and a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated transportation, fleet leasing, or equivalent new logo acquisition sales experience with enterprise national accounts and private truck fleets.
