Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineering Leader in Milton, MA to mentor a team of Sales Engineers and drive performance.

You will partner with senior sales leadership on regional strategy, forecast alignment, and multi-quarter planning while ensuring alignment with customer engagements and technical credibility. This role focuses on building a high-performing team, accelerating ramp, and delivering consistent value across regional sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Sales Engineers and frontline leaders in a customer-facing tech org.
• ~7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy and forecast alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers.
• Partner with regional leadership on strategy and capacity planning.
• Own in-field execution and provide executive credibility to opportunities.
• Oversee high-quality delivery across technical sales cycles in the region.
