The sales territory covers Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah, with ideal home bases in Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, or Las Vegas, NV. You will develop strategic plans, provide technical solutions, train distributors and drive growth by building strong, lasting customer relationships across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong mechanical applications and reliability understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and drive within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans for the Inpro/Seal brand across assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities, train distributors and representatives to grow sales.
• Provide technical support and ensure correct product fit for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage accounts for growth.
• Lead trainings and reviews with customers’ engineering staff and end users.
