Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic sales plans for the Inpro/Seal line across AZ, CA, NV, and UT.
• Provide technical support to customers to ensure proper product fit and application success.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Mentor distributors and sales reps to increase product coverage and win rates.
• Schedule and participate in installations, demonstrations, and customer reviews to drive growth.
