Job summary

Dover Precision Components is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer for the Inpro/Seal brand. The role covers Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah and includes delivering technical expertise, developing sales plans and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales, a mechanical background, and the ability to drive a national territory. A company vehicle and uncapped commissions accompany a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans for Inpro/Seal across AZ, CA, NV, UT.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure appropriate product fit.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and participate in installations and provide solutions for issues.
• Mentor distributor sales teams to grow territory sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline.
