Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong mechanical and equipment reliability understanding.
• Willing to drive within territory; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan to include new customer calls and expand existing business.
• Identify, design, and execute sales techniques and training for customers and distributors.
• Provide technical support and application expertise to ensure the right product fit.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach distributor sales teams to increase sales volume.
• Prepare and deliver training and educational programs with customers and end-users.
• Establish regular reviews with clients’ engineering staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and interactions.
