Job summary

Dover Precision Components, part of Dover Corporation, seeks a Regional Sales Engineer for Inpro/Seal to cover the Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah markets. Ideal home bases: Phoenix, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas.

You will develop strategic plans, grow key accounts, provide technical support, train distributors, and collaborate with engineering to ensure customer satisfaction. A 5+ year track in technical sales and a BS/AS is preferred; company vehicle and uncapped commissions provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical applications and equipment reliability.
• Willingness to drive territory and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan to expand new and existing customers.
• Identify and implement sales techniques to increase volume and gross profit.
• Provide technical support and application expertise to ensure right product fit.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage installations at customer sites and troubleshoot product issues.
• Mentor distributor sales teams to increase performance.
• Deliver training programs with customers and distributors.
• Maintain regular reviews with clients’ engineering staff to resolve design and quality issues.
