Dover Precision Components – Inpro/Seal is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to cover the Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah region. The role focuses on combining technical expertise with strategic sales to expand customer relationships and market share across rotating equipment markets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of mechanical applications. A company vehicle is provided and travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in technical sales.
• Strong understanding of mechanical applications and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan to include new customer calls and expand existing business.
• Identify, develop and execute sales techniques for customers, distributors and reps to increase sales and gross profit.
• Provide technical support and application expertise to ensure right product fit.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline development and customer interactions.
• Mentor and develop distributor sales teams to increase sales volume.
