Job summary

Dover Precision Components is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer for its Inpro/Seal brand with a primary market across Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. This role covers a remote-friendly territory including Phoenix, with a company vehicle and uncapped commissions.

You will design strategic sales plans, provide technical support, mentor distributors, and collaborate with engineering to ensure optimal product fit and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical applications.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan to cover AZ, CA, NV, and UT, with new and existing customers.
• Identify, design, and execute sales techniques for distributors and representatives to increase sales and profit.
• Provide technical support and application expertise to ensure right product fit.
• Collaborate with engineering and customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor distributor sales teams to increase sales volume.
• Plan and participate in installations and on-site customer support.
• Maintain records of activity, pipeline, and customer interactions.
